My name is Heather. I am a Psychic Medium, Intuitive life coach and a Phoenix Rising Master Vibrational Healer. I have always had a strong calling to heal and help people. This calling has guided me down a long spiritual path that has led me to the realization that energy healing is my passion, my life purpose and comes quite naturally to me.
Having practiced PRVH, Reiki and other energy-based techniques for over 25 years, I've had a kaleidoscope of visions and dreams that have opened my eyes to the importance of connecting with our internal light, our Sol. By recognizing our capacity to embody this essence, this empowers us to regenerate our natural light, energy and strength by tapping into the boundless energy of the Pure Source of Creation.
Letting our inner light shine, regardless of how we define it, and aligning with the highest light frequency helps us bring forth our desired realities. Aligning with our Life Force Energy, involves various aspects. When we stay mindful of our energy, we embody self-sovereignty. Allowing us to bring any fragmented aspects of ourselves back to the core of who we are allowing us to realign and balance. These fragments may stem from past shock, panic or traumas that we have experienced and what I do is quite unique in that it works to clear even the most secluded aspects of your shadows. This in turn can awaken your consciousness and amplies your soul's evolution.
The journey towards wholeness is a holistic approach to healing. Sol Healing revolves around reclaiming our innate right to connect with the infinite source that empowers us and lights up our hearts and spirit. My work is about nurturing your inner radiance and helping to clear any obstacles or limiting beliefs to embracing self-sustaining infinite energy, while also working to heal any lingering shadows. By guiding you through challenges that disrupt your alignment, I can help to guide you in returning to your inherent birthright of being aboundless, limitless source of endless energy. 😊
